Weather scores a low 28, in keeping with a shell tuned for speed rather than storm-proofing. Comfort scores 76, helped by moisture-wicking, removable interior padding and cheek pads shaped to minimise movement under braking and cornering loads. The Pinlock-ready visor offers a wide, distortion-free field of vision, and while wind noise is present at motorway speed, the overall package is well finished for a helmet at this price, and the shield's coating resists scratching better than some rivals at this level.

It holds up well over repeated hard use thanks to the washable liner and durable shell, though sizing runs slightly small so trying before buying is worthwhile.
